Terms of Service

Resolvo HQ provides AI support agents that resolve e-commerce tickets, including taking actions on connected systems (e.g. Shopify) that you authorize. You control the agent's behavior through its go-live mode, approval thresholds, and usage caps.

You are responsible for your account, your configuration, the knowledge you provide, and the actions you authorize the agent to take. Keep your credentials secure. You must have the right to connect any store or data source you connect.

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe rights, send spam, attempt to bypass tenant isolation or security, or overload the platform. We may suspend accounts that do.

Paid plans, prepaid credit top-ups, and metered overage are billed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, who handles tax and invoicing. You are billed on a genuine resolution per our published definition; handoffs and sandbox runs are not billed. Plans include a monthly resolution allowance; beyond it, prepaid credits are used, then metered overage. Credits do not expire. Plan changes prorate; downgrades take effect at period end. Free-trial resolutions are provided as-is. Except where required by law or our published refund policy, payments are non-refundable.

The agent grounds answers in your knowledge and cites sources, and escalates when it is not confident. Still, AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing its configuration and the actions you permit (for example, refund limits). We provide a sandbox so you can evaluate it on your own tickets before going live.

We own the platform; you own your data and content. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the service for you. Aggregated, de-identified statistics may be used to improve the product.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of your billing period. We may suspend or terminate for breach. On termination, we retain or delete data per our Privacy Policy.
